Vacation Bible School 2025
The Great Jungle Journey
Join us on an epic adventure from Genesis to Revelation! Living Hope Bible Church is excited to host a rainforest-themed Vacation Bible School from June 17-20, 2025. VBS will run daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at Living Hope Bible Church in Sarasota, Florida.
Kids ages 5–12 are invited to take part in The Great Jungle Journey—an unforgettable week of fun, faith, and discovery. Children who are 4 years old may attend if accompanied by a parent.
Throughout the week, kids will explore the big questions of life and faith: Did God really create everything? Why do bad things happen? Can I trust the Bible? They'll dive into God's Word and uncover answers as they journey through the 7 C's of History—Creation, Corruption, Catastrophe, Confusion, Christ, Cross, and Consummation.
Each day will be packed with engaging Bible lessons, exciting jungle games, hands-on crafts, snacks, worship, and memory verses.
Registration is now open—don't miss the journey!

If a child is noticeably ill or injured, the parent will be contacted immediately. If sick, the child will be separated from the other children until the parent arrives to pick up the child. LHBC members are not authorized to administer medication of any kind. If a child is disruptive (e.g., hurting other children or unresponsive to the instruction of VBS staff), the parent of the child will be contacted after 2 warnings.
-
At least two volunteers are always present in each classroom, and at least one of them is a class leader. All volunteers aged 18 years and older have received a background check, are members of Living Hope Bible Church, and have been approved by LHBC leadership. Teenagers from the youth who are not LHBC members but are at least 14 years of age are also allowed to serve and are approved by LHBC leadership.
-
Parents are welcome to come to shadow their child for an evening, but due to space constraints in the classrooms, we ask that this request be made in advance with the class leader.
